Refund Policy

30-Day Refund for Annual Subscribers

If you subscribe to an annual plan and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Free Trial

The 3-month free trial requires no payment. There is nothing to refund during the trial period. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply do not add a payment method.

WhatsApp & SMS Credits

Purchased credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no messages have been sent from the batch.

How to Request a Refund

  2. 2. Include: account mobile number, invoice number, and reason
  3. 3. We process within 5–7 business days
  4. 4. Refund is credited to original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for: violations of our Terms of Service, accounts suspended due to fraudulent activity, or downgrade from Enterprise to lower plans.
