By creating an account or using Bhojan Setu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Bhojan Setu provides a cloud-based restaurant management SaaS platform including POS, inventory, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and related services. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failed payments result in service suspension after a 5-day grace period.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Growth plan features. No credit card is required during the trial. Upon trial expiry, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue. Trial data is preserved for 30 days after expiry.
You must not use the platform for illegal activities, to store prohibited content, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to harm other users or third parties. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You own your restaurant data. We will not sell, share, or use your business data for purposes other than providing the service. Upon account closure, you may request a data export within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhojan Setu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, access is revoked immediately. Refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refunds.
